Returns & Refund Policy

Babar Dewan Electronics Trading LLC offers a 7-day return policy on products bought from our online store and delivered in the UAE.

Return Conditions

• Request the return within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals and box contents must be included
• Manufacturer seals must be intact (unless the item is faulty)
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation) is required

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery by WhatsApp/phone at +971 52 117 6995 or email info@babardewanelectronics.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We confirm your return and arrange free collection from your UAE address (or you can drop it off at our Deira office).
3. We inspect the item when it arrives.
4. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or give a full refund at no cost to you.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

• Items with physical or liquid damage caused after delivery
• Items missing original packaging or accessories
• Non-faulty items with opened or broken seals
