Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are dispatched from our office in Deira, Dubai. Shipping options and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

UAE Delivery

Express (same day) – AED 25
Available in Dubai and selected areas for orders confirmed before the daily cutoff time.

Standard – usually 2 business days
Available to all seven emirates. Cost depends on weight and destination and is shown at checkout. Free standard delivery on UAE orders over AED 500.

Free Pickup
Collect your order from Office 101, 1st Floor, Avon Building, Al Sabkha Road, Deira, Dubai during business hours (every day, 10 AM – 10 PM). Please call ahead to confirm your order is ready.

International Delivery

We ship to GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain), usually within 3–7 business days, and to other countries on request (usually 7–21 business days). Import duties and taxes in the destination country may apply. Contact us for an exact quote before ordering.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (business days)
• Orders placed on public holidays are dispatched the next business day
• A tracking number is sent by email once your order is dispatched
• Signature may be required for high-value orders
