• Seals: Manufacturer seals and security stickers must be intact
• Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
• No Damage: Product must show no signs of damage or use
• Factory Sealed: For sealed items, packaging must remain unopened

Return Window: 7 days from purchase

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We'll send you a free prepaid return label along with your RA# and packing instructions.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or special-order items, items marked as final sale, and products with removed or damaged seals are not eligible for return unless the item is defective on arrival.
