No. Babar Dewan Electronics Trading LLC is an independent retailer based in Deira, Dubai, and is not affiliated with Apple Inc. or Samsung Electronics.

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover physical or liquid damage, unauthorised repairs or normal wear. See our Warranty & Support page.

You can return an unused item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We arrange free collection in the UAE, and approved refunds go to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection. See our Returns & Refund Policy.

Standard delivery usually takes 2 business days to all emirates and is free on orders over AED 500. Same-day express delivery (AED 25) is available in Dubai and selected areas for orders confirmed before the cutoff. Free pickup is available from our Deira office. See our Shipping Policy.
